My name is Erica Blyth and I offer psychotherapy for individuals and couples with CBT, Cognitive and Behaviour Therapy, and can also offer supervision, family therapy or supportive talks.
I work in both Uppsala and Stockholm and can also offer video talks via a secure link recommended by Socialstyrelsen (The National Board of Health and Welfare).
I enjoy participating in sports, especially orienteering, running and MTB, and train and compete as much as possible.
I enjoy working with sport related problems and can help you prevent mental ill health and work towards success at your level within your sport.
Education and experience
I have a BA (Hons) in Psychology & Sociology from the Univeristy of Wales. I also have further education in Psychotherapy, a masters degree, Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy, from Uppsala Univeristy.
I have long experience of working with a wide range of problems and ages from both social services and national health care.
A group aimed at juniors/seniors in orienteering is now available, both digital and on site. This gives you the tools to develop within your sport but also aim to prevent psychological ill health.
